Cela est fondamental pour les asanas, mais aussi pour la vie de tous les jours, car ces principes font prendre conscience de la mani\u00e8re dont il convient de s\u2019asseoir, de se tenir debout et de marcher.<br>Elles \u00e9tirent les muscles, d\u00e9bloquent les articulations et la colonne vert\u00e9brale.<br>Stimulent la digestion, permettent un bon fonctionnement des reins et soulagent la constipation.<br>Am\u00e9liorent la circulation sanguine et la respiration.<br>les postures assises :<br>Apaisantes, elles combattent la raideur du bassin et des jambes.<br>Elles effacent la fatigue, d\u00e9tendent le mental et calment les nerfs.<br>Elles r\u00e9gularisent la pression art\u00e9rielle.<br>Elles favorisent un sommeil r\u00e9parateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Les postures avant :<\/strong><br>Favorisent l\u2019int\u00e9riorisation et conduisent vers le \u00ab l\u00e2cher prise \u00bb, apaisent le mental et conduisent vers une grande s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les torsions :<\/strong><br>Att\u00e9nuent les maux de dos, les raideurs du cou, des \u00e9paules et du bassin. La colonne vert\u00e9brale gagne en souplesse et les articulations des hanches sont en mobilit\u00e9.<br>Tandis que le tronc est en torsion, les reins et les organes abdominaux sont sollicit\u00e9s. Cela favorise donc la digestion et \u00e9limine la paresse intestinale.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les arcs :<\/strong><br>Ces postures vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re sont revitalisantes, elles donnent du courage et combattent les \u00e9tats d\u00e9pressifs.<br>Elles ouvrent la cage thoracique et assouplissent la colonne vert\u00e9brale.<br>Elles rendent le corps et l\u2019esprit alertes.<br>Renforcent les bras et les \u00e9paules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Les postures invers\u00e9es :<\/strong><br>Augmentent la vitalit\u00e9, soulagent les jambes, les lib\u00e9rant du poids du corps. Dans ces postures, la position des organes internes est invers\u00e9e, cela active leur fonctionnement surtout si celui-ci est ralenti.<br>Ces asanas am\u00e9liorent la circulation sanguine et stimulent le syst\u00e8me glandulaire.<br>Ils aident \u00e0 la concentration du fait d\u2019une meilleure irrigation du cerveau, et ils favorisent le sommeil.<br>Sirsasana, posture sur la t\u00eate, stimule l\u2019hypophyse.<br>Sarvangasana, permet d\u2019\u00eatre plus solide nerveusement, d\u2019avoir une plus grande ma\u00eetrise de ses \u00e9motions, et elle active les glandes thyro\u00efde et parathyro\u00efde.<br>!!!! Recommandations : Ne prenez pas de postures invers\u00e9es pendant les r\u00e8gles. Ni si vous souffrez de l\u00e9sions dans la nuque, d\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle, de troubles cardiaques, d\u2019un d\u00e9collement de la r\u00e9tine ou de troubles de l\u2019oreille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Le pranayama ou \u00e9tude du souffle :<\/strong><br>Apaise et donne plus de force \u00e0 l\u2019esprit ; il cr\u00e9e une sensation d\u2019espace int\u00e9rieur, g\u00e9n\u00e8re une r\u00e9serve d\u2019\u00e9nergie dans le corps.<br>Fortifie les poumons et accro\u00eet leur capacit\u00e9.<br>La pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des asanas donne acc\u00e8s progressivement au travail du souffle.
